1. Do you offer Complimentary Airport Shuttle Service?

Our complimentary shuttle service from JFK airport is available 24 hours a day.

 

2. How to get from the airport to hotel?

Once you arrive at JFK airport, make your way to the airport’s Welcome Center. From the welcome center, take the Air Train to Federal Circle. At Federal Circle, you will find a complimentary telephone station where you can dial “54” or 718-723-5100 to connect to the hotel. Then, we’ll send the shuttle to Federal Circle to pick you up. 

 

3. What is the Cancellation Policy at JFK Inn NYC?

Refundable Booking can be canceled or amended without any charge, before 6:00 PM a day before the arrival

 

4. What are the Incidentals charges at JFK INN?

Incidentals for reservations is $50

 

5. Check-in & Check-out time?

Our check-in time is 2 pm EST and our check-out time is 12 pm EST. Contact the front desk for availability for late check-outs and early check-in.

 

6. Do you allow smoking in the room?

JFK Inn has an NON SMOKING environment. In case of Violation, Guest can be charged with $50.00 smoking penalty or may be asked to leave the hotel

 

7. Detail regarding the breakfast?

We offer Complimentary Buffet Breakfast daily from 6 AM to 10 AM. We serve hot and delicious breakfast favorites to help you start your day the right way.

9. Do you offer Refrigerator in the room?

Our all hotel room are equipped with safe, iron board, coffee machine and refrigerator. Sometimes we run short then guest can request the front desk agent.

 

10. Do you offer roll away beds?

We also offer rollaway beds in the hotel rooms at the extra cost of $15. We also have rooms with 2-bed options.

 

11. Do you offer onsite parking?

Yes, we offer complimentary parking on site. You can park free with us during your stay at JFK INN without any extra cost.

 

12. Do you offer Park and Fly Services?

No need to worry about the inconvenience and added the expense of parking at the airport. We offer ample parking spaces in a convenient lot so that you have one less thing to worry about before takeoff. We’ll drop you off and pick you up from Federal Circle. This cost our guest only $12 per day.

 

13. Do you have a lift?

JFK Inn is two stories property at the airport with no lift.

 

14. Do you allow early check-in?

We allow our guest one-hour early check-in and late check-out subject to the availability, but anything above that up to 5 hours guest will be charged $ 65+taxes.
